We provide the following services for our clients so you can focus on your core business activities.
- Client liaison during conceptual stage, design, and build out – working with your architect, contractor, vendors, and staff
- Develop and manage project plans - including time lines with vendor activities
- Communication with staff, vendors, landlords, and contractors on your behalf
- Coordination of tenant improvements with all necessary parties
- Space Planning, and Design - we will participate in meetings, and coordination with your architect
- Bid Management Services - we will interview vendors and contractors and summarize bids for evaluation.
- Management of vendor and contractor activities on clients behalf
- Office Furniture and Modular Systems - we will assist with your requirements obtaining bids, and coordination with the installation vendor
- Facilitate Office Ergonomic Reviews
- Management of warehouse set-ups inclusive of dock equipment, conveyor equipment, and racking
- IT Equipment - coordination of server rooms and desktop equipment relocation (resources available to prep for packing, unpacking, and set-up)
- Manage the coordination of cabling for IT, Telcom, AV & Security during the construction phase
- During the Physical Relocation (onsite and offsite) ~ coordination of activities at both Origin and Destination
- Office Closing and Cleanup
- Furniture and Equipment Disposition
- Business Continuity Planning - we are able to facilitate this in conjunction with the relocation or as a separate project
